You might think this
is not a difficult thing to do, but recently I have come
across some information that I felt I needed to share with
you. Did you ever buy a condom that wasn’t really
comfortable for you? Well, the answer is rather simple. When
you’re finished with your roll of toilet paper, use the roll
of cardboard and slide your erect penis into it. If it fits
comfortably, then a regular condom will do just fine. If you
have a lot of room to spare, maybe you need a condom that fits
more snugly like Exotica Contempo Condoms. And if your penis
is too thick for it to slide in easily, than you need a
larger size brand like Trojan’s Magnum or Large Size.
You can also buy
pre-lubricated condoms, which is helpful when your partner
does not provide a sufficient amount of lubrication on his/her
own. Condoms also come with the spermicide, nonoxynol-9, which
helps prevent pregnancy and kills some viruses.
As far as the ribbed condoms go, some people say they feel
a difference and some people say they don’t. So that would
be up to you, if you’re interested it won’t be damaging to
try. The worst case scenario is that it doesn’t feel any
different, but you still have the same protection as a regular
condom. Trojan also has a lubricated, ribbed condom.
What's
that.....You say you can't feel anything when you're wearing a
condom? No worries, Trojan has come out with an ultra
thin condom, so you have more sensitivity.
There's
even a condom available with a slight amount of climax
control lubricant in it, so if you have trouble with
premature ejaculation, these condoms may help you sustain that
erection just a little bit longer.
If you’re
looking for something a little exotic, Trustex has come out with an assortment of condoms that come in a
variety of colors and flavors. They also come lubricated.
Just be careful
when trying something exotic, if you’re using it for safe
sex. Some flavored and colorful/glow in the dark condoms are
not FDA approved. If that’s the case than they’re not
recommended for safe sex and are referred to as novelty
condoms. To make sure they are FDA approved read the
label. In the detailed information of our products, we let you
know if it’s FDA approved or not.
Latex
condoms are the most widely used condoms because they are
convenient, affordable and highly effective against diseases.
Most of the time, if a latex condom fails you, it’s because
it was used improperly or applied improperly.
Now
I know that some people are allergic to latex so in that case
another material must be used. Polyurethane
condoms are made out of a plastic material that is twice
as strong as latex. It’s thinner, providing greater
sensitivity, is compatible with oil based lubricants, it’s
odorless and is more resistant to damage from heat and light.
It’s major downfall is that although it’s stronger than
latex, it is not as elastic and does not hold up as well. If
the wearer is allergic to latex, but doesn’t want to chance
breakage, than wear a latex condom over the polyurethane one.
And if the person being penetrated is allergic to latex, than
the wearer can wear a latex condom on his penis and put a
polyurethane one over the latex one.
Lambskin
condoms are made from the intestines of sheep.
Unfortunately, these are not recommended for safe sex
purposes. It has been proven to have minor imperfections in
which viruses may permeate through. But if you want to use a
lambskin condom make sure you also combine it with a latex
one.
So there’s the
lowdown on condoms. Wow, it almost seems like a difficult task
to shop for them, but it really isn’t. If you just think
about what I’ve written, you’ll be able to figure out
which is right for you. And don’t be afraid to try different
ones. A condom is a very personal product, just like
lubrication. Keep searching until you find something that
works for you.
