We all have things in our past that we'd rather
not discuss, but if we're in a loving
relationship, our partner, husband or lover
deserve to know about us, both good and
bad. We also have the right to know the
same about our partner. When Jill found
out that her sweetheart of many months had
previously been married she was really upset
that he'd deceived her. Warren said it
wasn't important to him, he had no contact with
the ex and frankly, Jill had never asked.
She sat down and made a list of questions that
she felt it was important to know about
Warren.
Warren didn't want to hide anything, but
wasn't sure what was the good time to blurt out
his past. The questions helped.
Here's what Jill wanted to know and you might
use these or come up with your own set of
questions for things that are important for you
to know.
1. Have you ever been arrested or
have you been convicted of a crime?
2. Do you have any lawsuits pending
against you?
3. Does anyone have a financial
claim on you that might affect me?
4. Is it wrong to take things from
your employer, like pens, paper, etc?
5. How do you feel about leisure
time? What's the best way to relax?
6. Do you enjoy your job? Do
you envision leaving it anytime soon?
7. Which of us should clean the
toilets and why?
8. What sort of pets wouldn't you
consider at all?
9. Do you have any habits you
wish you could change?
10. How do you feel about your
family? Do you enjoy their company?
11. In the past, how have you resolved
differences?
12. How well do you handle conflict or
confrontation?
13. Do you need your own way most all the
time?
14. Do you have any family history of any
life threatening disease
or
condition?
15. Do you have or have you had a sexually
transmitted disease?
(genital
herpes might not be life threatening, but it's
fair to tell)
16. Are you capable of having children?
17. Do you want children?
18. Do you enjoy the company of children?
19. Do you have other children anywhere
that I don't know about?
20. Do you intend to remain in this area
or do you have plans to move?
21. If you die accidentally where would do
you want to be buried?
22. Do you have a will? If yes,
where can it be located when needed?
23. Are there any foods you refuse to eat?
24. Is there anything you are violently
allergic to?
25. Do you have any sexual fetishes you're
a bit shy discussing?
26. Is there anything special that really
turns you on?
27. Tell me three areas of your body that
you love me to touch.
28. How do you feel about oral sex?
29. How often do you feel you need and
want sexual intercourse?
30. Do you consider me to be your
soulmate?
Now your personal questions might be very
different than Jill's, but if you haven't asked
them, you can't get angry about what you don't
know.
Start with a few questions and call it verbal
foreplay. You get answers and you and your
partner ends up with great sex.
Enjoy!!
